Bhavi’s practice is centered on intellectual property and commercial law, safeguarding proprietary rights, structuring complex commercial arrangements, and navigating contentious matters through strategic legal counsel and dispute resolution.

Her work involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, where proprietary rights and commercial interests are involved.

She also assists in litigation and dispute resolution across intellectual property, commercial, consumer, and labour matters, representing and supporting matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Hon’ble Bombay High Court.

Biography

Prior to her current role, Bhavi gained professional experience at MB Jain & Partners, where she worked on a range of matters involving intellectual property, commercial documentation, and litigation support. During this time, she contributed to various legal and regulatory assignments and developed experience in both advisory and dispute-related work.

Bhavi holds an LL.B. from the University of Mumbai. She is known for her strong legal drafting skills and her ability to provide practical and commercially viable solutions to intellectual property and business-related legal issues.
