Manali Patil is a seasoned matrimonial and dispute resolution lawyer with over a decade of experience. She holds an LL.B. from Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Mumbai, and has represented clients across trial and appellate Courts in Mumbai. Her practice encompasses divorce, child custody, alimony and maintenance, marriage registration, domestic violence and cross-border family disputes. She also advises individuals on wills and estate planning, helping clients make informed decisions about the management and succession of their assets.
Alongside her disputes practice, Manali advises organisations on workplace law, with a particular focus on POSH compliance and regulatory frameworks.
