Her approach combines legal expertise with practical, business-oriented solutions, enabling organisations to translate statutory requirements into effective workplace practices while fostering trust, accountability and good governance.
Biography
Neha has worked with national and international organisations across human rights, social impact and strategic advisory. She holds an MPhil in the Theory and Practice of Human Rights from the University of Oslo, Norway, and has worked across diverse legal, policy and educational environments.
