Nikita works at the intersection of creativity and law, advising creators, production houses, artists, and brands on navigating the legal and commercial aspects of the media and entertainment industry. Her practice focuses on drafting and negotiating production, licensing, talent engagement, brand collaboration, and content exploitation agreements, while also providing strategic advice on distribution and monetisation across film, OTT, television, and digital platforms.
Over the years, Nikita has gained extensive experience across the entire content lifecycle—from development and rights acquisition to production, commercialisation, and global distribution. This exposure has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of both the creative and business realities of the entertainment sector, enabling her to offer practical, commercially driven legal solutions. She regularly works with artists, writers, producers, and content businesses, helping them protect, manage, and maximise the value of their intellectual property and creative assets. Her approach is centred on ensuring that legal protection supports, rather than hinders, the business of storytelling and content creation.
